FaithStream

Terms of Service

Last updated August 17, 2026

1. What FaithStream is

FaithStream is a search index of sermons that churches have published publicly. It helps you find sermons by scripture passage, theme, story, speaker, or church, and plays them through the embedded player of the platform where the church published them. FaithStream does not host, store, or distribute video or audio files. Each video remains entirely under its church’s control.

2. YouTube API Services

FaithStream uses YouTube API Services. By using FaithStream you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. See also the FaithStream Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract the index, search results, or site data;
  • use automated tools to send queries beyond normal personal use;
  • circumvent, download from, or interfere with the embedded player, or use FaithStream to violate the terms of the platforms where videos are hosted;
  • misrepresent FaithStream or its relationship to any church.

4. Church content and removal

Sermon titles, descriptions, and thumbnails belong to the churches that published them. FaithStream indexes only what is already public and links every sermon back to its source. A church may request correction or removal of its listings at any time by emailing info@theproductunicorn.com with a subject line starting “Removal request —” so it reaches the right person quickly; we honor such requests promptly. When a source video is made private or deleted, it is withdrawn from FaithStream automatically on the next refresh.

5. Supporter gifts

FaithStream accepts voluntary gifts to support its operation, processed by Stripe. FaithStream is operated by a limited liability company; it is not a registered charity and gifts are not tax-deductible. Gifts are not payments for goods or services. A recurring gift can be changed or cancelled at any time through the Stripe-hosted management page linked from the Support page, with no account required. Refunds of one-time gifts are granted at our reasonable discretion; just ask.

6. No warranty

FaithStream is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Search results, summaries, scripture references, and themes are generated aids for finding sermons; they may contain errors and are not a substitute for the sermons themselves. We do not guarantee that any video remains available, since availability is controlled by the publishing church.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaithStream and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for most visitors is zero.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions go to info@theproductunicorn.com.
