FaithStream

Questions, answered.

What is FaithStream?

FaithStream is a free website for finding and watching church sermons. It brings sermons from dozens of churches into one searchable place, so you can find messages by scripture passage, topic, story, speaker, or church.

How do I find sermons on a specific Bible passage?

Search FaithStream for the passage (for example “John 15” or “Psalm 23”) and you will see sermons that preach on that text. FaithStream searches what was actually preached, not just video titles, so a passage can be found even when it is never named in the title. Search also covers topics, stories, churches, and speakers.

Can I search sermons by topic?

Yes. FaithStream lets you search sermons by topic (such as hope, anxiety, marriage, or forgiveness) as well as by scripture reference, story, speaker, or church. Type a topic into the search field, or use the filters on the search page to see every sermon on that subject.

Is FaithStream free?

FaithStream is free. There are no subscriptions, pricing tiers, or fees, and no account is required to search or watch sermons.

Can I use FaithStream for sermon preparation?

Yes. Pastors use FaithStream to hear how other preachers have handled a passage or topic. Search a text such as “Romans 8” to find sermons that preach on it across dozens of churches, then compare approaches, structures, and illustrations in the original videos.

Why does FaithStream find sermons that other searches miss?

Most search tools match a video's title and description, and only 1.7% of sermon titles name a scripture passage. FaithStream searches what was actually preached: a passage discussed for twenty minutes in the middle of a sermon is findable here even when it appears nowhere in the title. FaithStream also only indexes sermons, so results are not mixed with unrelated videos.

Where do the sermon videos come from?

Every video on FaithStream was published publicly by the church that preached it. FaithStream indexes what churches have already made public; nothing is uploaded to FaithStream, and the videos stay entirely under each church's control.

Does FaithStream host or download sermon videos?

No. FaithStream never hosts, downloads, or re-uploads video. FaithStream is an index and search layer on top of what churches have already published; playback happens in the original player, and every view, all watch time, and any ad revenue stay with the church.

My church appears on FaithStream. How do I request a change or removal?

Contact the FaithStream team and we will update or remove your church's listing promptly. Email info@theproductunicorn.com with your church's name and the change you need, and start the subject line with “Removal request —” so it reaches the right person quickly. Because FaithStream only indexes what your church has already published publicly, removing the original video also removes it from FaithStream.
