FaithStream

Discover more about the Word.

FaithStream searches what was actually preached, not what happened to be in the title.

Mission

To connect people to the preached Word so faith grows deeper and the Gospel travels further.

Vision

To extend the reach of the local church.

Why search sermons at all?

Only 1.7% of sermon titles contain a scripture reference. Most search matches titles; FaithStream searches sermons. A passage preached for twenty minutes in the middle of a service (a theme, a story, a moment of comfort) is findable here even when it appears nowhere in the title.

That matters most for churches whose preaching doesn’t follow verse-by-verse structure. A sermon on justice, hospitality, or hope with no scripture reference in its metadata is invisible to a title search, and fully findable by its transcript, its themes, and the stories it tells.

What FaithStream is, and is not

FaithStream is an index and a search layer over sermons that churches have already published publicly. Every video plays in full, from the beginning.

FaithStream never hosts, downloads, or re-uploads video. The videos stay entirely under each church’s control: removing the original also removes it from FaithStream.
